This Off Avignon 2008, which requires much effort and preparation on which rests the future of the room counts Given a very important investment, began as scheduled at the theater "The Ratchet" Thursday, July 10.

As for the press, despite our efforts to prevent early July, it was unfortunately very little attention until a few days ago to this new "slip Avignon. Enhanced media coverage would however only allowed to do justice to the four companies "forgotten the off" and allow them to regain a bit of visibility. Hopefully the few programmers who have heard the piece and moved to see in Avignon (twenty only) have found the most interesting and worthy of inclusion in the next season on Posters of the premises under their supervision. ERIC MARTY "BADIOU IS NEAR THE FAR RIGHT OF THE YEAR 1930"

Eric Marty is a professor of contemporary literature at the University of Paris VII-Denis Diderot. Writer, essayist, he is the author of a quarrel with Alain Badiou, philosopher (Gallimard). The text takes his critique, published in Les Temps Modernes, the booklet scope of the word "Jew" Badiou and the controversy that ensued. Jewish Tribune: What in the work of a philosopher like Alain Badiou resonates with the sounds of the world?
Eric Marty In Europe, the existence of Israel had never been questioned so massive as by public opinion. Since the second Intifada, a mythology of Israel as a state with bloody murderous, genocidal, and resumed as a philosopher Alain Badiou. The year 2000 marks a break in the cultural field and in French public opinion against Israel. Badiou gives shape to the philosophical discourse about the illegitimacy the existence of a Jewish state. É. M.: His book about Sarkozy is an absolute slip. É. M.: And also that of the poor: should the whole world is filled as poor. It's a very Christian on Earth if there were only the poor, there would be no corruption, there would be an absolute virtue.

TJ Behind the condemnation of Israel is playing he not an old theological dispute: the love of the Jewish law against the law of love of St. Paul?

It would take a great concept that brings together all the words into one, a word of great violence and intensity, such as "equality." While Judaism is reading endless generations, for Badiou, is full emancipation of the "anti-humanism the same."
